Buddy’s are the face of the “Night to Shine” event.
Our Guests will remember you, their Buddy, long after the event has ended.
As a result, we ask you to seriously consider your commitment to being a Buddy.
You must attend a training session to ensure you understand the layout of our facility, activities we offer, situations you may encounter with your guest, and the resources available to you and your Guest. You are also expected to arrive early enough that your guest doesn’t have to wait for you, and that you ensure your guest is matched with their Parent, Caregiver, or Group chaperone at the end of the night.
If an emergency arises and you simply cannot attend the event, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can make arrangements for another Buddy to be assigned to your guest.
Email and phone numbers will be made available on the website prior to the event so that you can notify us.
