Guest Registration for the
February 7th, 2025 “Night To Shine” event,
hosted at Southminster Church in Gastonia, NC,
IS PAUSED!!!

Due to an overwhelming response to the
Guest Registration opening today,
we are very nearly at our capacity for the event.
We are reviewing all entries in order to clear
any duplicates, errored, or incomplete registrations
that can be removed to ensure more space for
additional Guests. Please bear with us,
we will re-open registration once
we have finished our review.

Please Note: You may still complete a registration,
but, once capacity has been exceeded,
you will be added to our “Wait List” .
meaning, we have your information,
and we’ll review the list and
we’ll notify you IF and/or WHEN
we have space available to confirm your attendance.

Hair and Makeup Reservations

Appointments for Hair and Makeup will also open in Early December. Guests are invited to schedule a time on Friday, February 7th, 2025 between 4 and 6pm to have their hair and/or makeup done before the event.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING

“Night To Shine” is a very special event for our Guests and its you, tour Volunteers, that make is special for them. It takes a commitment of your time to attend the advanced training session and devote your evening to help the Guest experience the love of God and community.

Even if you have volunteered before, there are changes every year.
We will have three training sessions scheduled – you must attend ONE (1) of these sessions which last roughly one hour and are held on our campus in our sanctuary. Please check in when you arrive so we can update your registration information:

- - - - Thursday, January 30th at 6:30pm
        
        Saturday, February 1st at 10:30am
        
        Saturday, February 1st at 2:00pm

Please note, you must attend one of these sessions before you can participate as a volunteer. If you have concerns about your ability to attend one these dates, please contact our church office or send an email to nts@southminsterchurch.com.

The Tim Tebow Foundation has made the decision that for the safety of our guests, 2022’s event will once again be virtual. Southminster church is once again partnering with the Tim Tebow Foundation to register guests in and around Gaston County and provide a “Shine Thru” experience at our campus on Friday, February 11th, 2022, similar to the event last year.
