Thank you for registering to be a Volunteer at "Night To Shine" on the campus of Southminster Church in Gastonia, NC.
Our partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation requires that we capture information from participants 18 and older in order to perform a background
check for the safety of our guests. This information is not shared with anyone outside the Gaston County Sheriff's Department.
Please note, if you are under 18 years of age, you must provide a signed permission form to participate. You will be able to download this
permission form from our site and we will send you a link in your confirmation email. Please bring your "signed" form to the training session
you choose to attend.
The Tim Tebow Foundation requires anyone that participates as a Volunteer to first attend a training session prior to the event.
This training is required even if you have volunteered in the past either at Southminster or another location. Each year, participating churches make changes as does the
Tim Tebow Foundation, so its vital you have current information to make the experience special for our Guests.
You must attend one of the scheduled training sessions and pass the background check
performed by the Gaston County Sherriff's office before you will be able to participate at the event itself.
Training sessions are less than 1 hour, and there are three sessions scheduled, please plan to attend one of the these three sessions.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow our staff to check you in and gather any information that may be missing from the registration.

Red Carpet (15 and older: Paparazzi, Crowns/Tiaras)
Activities (Karaoke, Limo Rides, Portraits, etc)
Setup (prep and decorate - Wed, Thu, Fri)
Cleanup (post event activity Friday night)
Professional (music, hair, photographer [specify in 'Notes'])
